Composite does not collect any personal information about you unless you choose, at your sole discretion, to provide it voluntarily.
Type of data collected
The data that may be collected by Composite are:
- Non-personal information. This is data that you explicitly send us by submitting a form on our site or at an event. It is kept anonymous, and no personally identifiable information is requested or stored.
- Personal information. This is data enabling you to be identified that you explicitly send us by submitting a form that you have filled in on our site or at an event, or to establish a contractual relationship or partnership. This is personal information. In such cases, we will clearly indicate the reasons for collecting personal information, as well as how we protect and store it.

Access to your personal information
You may access the personal information you have provided to Composite and request that it be updated, as well as request that certain information Composite has collected be modified or deleted, by sending an e-mail to pauline@mappmtl.comIn such cases, you may be asked to provide appropriate identification. We will process requests for access or modification in accordance with applicable law. We will do our best to respond within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature of your request.
Retention of personal information
Composite applies appropriate security measures to ensure the protection of personal information if such data is collected. Composite uses management methods, encryption and authentication tools and programs to protect certain personal information that it stores or may store on its computer systems. The personal information collected will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was explicitly collected or as required by law. It will then be destroyed.
Data collected automatically on the web
You are free to access and use this website without any personal information being collected and without disclosing your identity. When you visit any website, however, a basic exchange of information takes place automatically between that website and the device you use to access it. This exchange enables the website operator to obtain a range of information:

E-mail exchange with Composite
You acknowledge and agree that e-mail sent to Composite may not be secure until it reaches Composite’s servers. The confidentiality of such information cannot be assured until it is actually received on Composite’s servers. In the event that Composite specifically asks you to transmit information of a personal or confidential nature, the information once received will be managed and stored in a secure manner.
Applicable laws
This deed, its interpretation, execution, application, validity and effects are subject to the applicable laws in force in Quebec, Canada, in the judicial district of Montreal.

Limitation of liability
Composite is committed to taking all reasonable measures to ensure an adequate level of confidentiality and security of personal information. In the event of a cyber-attack or an incident that presents a high risk to your rights, you will be notified as soon as possible and la Composite will take the necessary measures to preserve the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that no computer system offers absolute security and that there is always some degree of risk involved in transmitting Personal Information over the Internet.
